Mainit, Bontoc
Too bad the rainy season started early this year. But for those of you who still want to have a late summer adventure, try visiting Mainit, a small village in Bontoc. My advice: you have to stay overnight so you could visit the public dipping pools at dusk and listen to the women (and men) share their stories.

Hey, I've been here mga three times siguro. The hotspring is really nice and invigorating.
Enchanting, di ba? I heard from a friend the road going there has been cemented.
i can still remember the hot summer breeze, and the sweet chirping of birds when i was here. the people here are friendly, nodding their head and smiling their sweet smiles despite the hot, scorching weather. this place ROCKS!!! try visiting it sometimes . . .
